The Connectors are a none returnable item. Please check that you have ordered the correct connectors based on the cable you have purchased. P1 Connectors will not work with our P2 Fast Charge cables. P2 connectors will not work with Standard charge cables, so please select the correct connector. If you are unsure, which connector you require please email sales@smart-tech.uk
